Internal Audit Charter

IAS adheres to international standards developed by the Institute of Internal Auditors and has adopted "The International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing" as its primary audit standards.

In accordance with these standards, IAS outlines its responsibilities in an Audit Charter. This is reviewed and approved periodically by the Board Audit Committee.
